We're looking for a Video Editor who can take a strong idea and turn it into a polished, scroll-stopping video. If you care about pacing, sound, and visual quality — and you know how to carry a project over the finish line without letting the details slip — we'd love to meet you. IF YOU WANT TO: - Own the edit from brief to final export, making sure every result is clear, engaging, and on-brand; - Work across formats, from high-conversion Meta ads and YouTube videos to detailed product explainers; - Bridge copy, design, and motion by teaming up with copywriters, designers, and animators to bring our concepts to life; - Set the pace and rhythm of our storytelling, giving every project the right timing, sound design, and finish that stops the scroll; - Push AI-generated video forward by exploring new tools and workflows that unlock fresh ideas and speed up production. AND YOU CAN CHECK OFF: - Confidence editing video for an in-house team, studio, or agency; - Real command of Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of Adobe After Effects; - An eagle eye for detail — pacing, sound, color, and overall polish; - A track record editing content for social platforms like Meta and YouTube; - The ability to work within brand guidelines while keeping our style bold and recognizable; - Strong communication and a proactive, collaborative streak when working with creative people; - Comfort with AI-assisted workflows, and curiosity about where they actually help. BONUS POINTS IF YOU: - Know your way around color grading in DaVinci Resolve; - Have a background in sound design and audio storytelling.
