We're looking for a Technical Lead for our Audience Growth team. The team owns everything that helps our customers grow their audience: signup forms, landing pages and websites, subscriber imports, preference centers and social integrations. You'll lead the engineers, shape the technical direction with your product and design partners, and stay close enough to the code to build the hard parts yourself. Why MailerLite? What you will work on - Lead a team of engineers - Work with the product manager and designer from discovery through delivery - Own our landing page and website builders, signup forms, subscriber imports, preference centers and opt-in flows - Build and maintain integrations that bring subscribers in from other platforms - Keep forms, imports and opt-in flows fast, reliable and resistant to abuse - Own your team's areas end to end in production: quality, performance, monitoring and fixing things when they break - Set the bar through code review, pairing and mentoring, and help engineers grow into more ownership
