Your role will come with various responsibilities which will make your department run smoothly. Responsibilities - Welcoming guest with a warm greeting. - Checking in guests in a friendly and efficient manner. - Taking beverage and food orders correctly ensuring all customers preferences are met. - Upselling items and promoting our loyalty scheme - Maintain a clean and tidy area in your section. - Helping other team members in different departments when needed. - Handle guest inquires and resolves any issues professionally.  Skills - Customer service - Food Hygiene and safety - Handling cash transactions - Communication - Time Management - Problem Solving - Active Listening - Multitasking The Person: Successful candidates for the position of Front of House Multi-Skilled Receptionist will be able to work as a team but also work by themselves, communicate with there team but also other team members around the hotel.
