ABOUT INFITERRA Join our mission to grow and transform the subscription economy by simplifying subscription service delivery. Infiterra enables IT distributors, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and telcos to succeed in the subscription economy. Our subscription commerce platform automates and unifies subscription workflows - from quote to bill- driving operational efficiency, billing accuracy, and scalable growth. Recognized as a global leader in subscription commerce, Infiterra combines innovation, performance excellence, and trusted expertise to help partners transform and grow. Join Infiterra and help power the future of subscription e-commerce. Infiterra’s B2B SaaS platform helps IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) automate and grow their subscription business. With 100+ customers in 75 countries, we're recognized for innovation and global impact—and we’re just getting started. We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented culture, allowing you to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team. THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL 🔍 As a .NET Software Engineer, you'll be part of our agile team, working in the Scrum framework to deliver new features and improve existing ones in our subscription e-commerce platform, the multi-tenant B2B engine that powers global distributors. You'll own whole features within a product domain, from design to production, and work alongside experienced engineers who'll support your growth. From building scalable services to integrating major Software Vendors with our platform, your work will directly shape what our customers use every day. 🎯 YOUR GOAL? To design and deliver reliable, well-tested features that simplify subscription services delivery, following our coding and architectural standards. You'll be hands-on with .NET (legacy full .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 10 (latest)), C#, SQL, and domain and service-oriented approaches. You'll work closely with POs, BAs, QA, and DevOps in an agile environment, so that features are delivered smoothly and predictably. You won’t just code features. You'll own your features end-to-end: design, build, test, release, and keep them healthy in production. 🙋‍♀️ OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE You’re a curious and analytical engineer who sees the big picture but sweats the details. You enjoy diving into system architecture, making thoughtful trade-offs, and writing clean, testable code. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation meets stability. You’re not just a builder. You’re a problem solver who looks for ways to make systems more efficient, scalable, and maintainable. You value teamwork and knowledge-sharing, but you’re also confident in owning features independently. You’re someone who wants to grow while helping the team grow. WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE 💙 - Work on a platform that directly impacts customers across 75+ countries. - Hands-on exposure to APIs, billing systems, and large-scale/high-traffic B2B commerce. - A collaborative engineering culture with peer-led code reviews and knowledge-sharing. - Opportunities to shape system architecture and technical direction. - Friendly, dynamic team with room to grow and learn. - Remote-first: work from anywhere, with optional, ad hoc in-person meet-ups arranged around team members' availability. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Feature Ownership: Own the end-to-end delivery of whole features within a domain, designing and delivering them independently to our coding and architectural standards. - Technical Debt: Manage your own technical debt through refactoring. - Automated Testing: Write robust automated tests. - Code Reviews: Review your peers' pull requests. - Observability: Build observability into your features, with guidance from DevOps. - Dependencies: Surface cross-team dependencies early. - Clear Communication: Explain technical trade-offs clearly to Product and Quality. - AI-assisted Engineering: Use approved AI tools across implementation, testing, debugging and refactoring, while remaining accountable for correctness and maintainability. Success looks like: predictable delivery, stable production, more tech debt paid down than introduced in your area, and low escaped defects and rework on the changes you own. All of this comes from strong feature ownership, systems thinking, valuable code-review contributions and dependability. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - Hands-on .NET engineering experience, typically gained over 3+ years of professional work. We look for proven depth rather than years alone, and assess this case by case. - Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and/or .NET 10, and C#. - Solid experience with distributed systems and relational databases (SQL Server: queries, stored procedures, performance basics). - Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, and RESTful API principles. - Hands-on experience with test automation (unit and integration testing). - Comfortable working in a CI/CD toolchain (e.g. Azure DevOps). - Understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns, and the ability to apply them where appropriate. - Experience using AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, with the habit of checking what they produce. - Commitment to knowledge-sharing and collaborative teamwork. - University degree in Computer Science or any related field. - Fluency in the Greek and English languages, both oral and written. BENEFITS & PERKS 🎁 - Work-from-anywhere scheme (travel and work). - Flexible working hours. - Health and life insurance program. - Learning & development budget. - Tech-driven, friendly team with an international mindset.   If you feel you’re a great fit, please apply! We’d love to hear from you! All applications will be treated with confidentiality. Please note that due to the high volume of CVs received, only candidates who are a good fit will be contacted for an interview.
