Are you a service-minded person with a strong sense of hospitality who loves creating great experiences for guests? We are looking for an enthusiastic Host who always goes the extra mile.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and questions.
- You share recommendations and offer to make reservations.
- You take calls and handle room reservation requests.
- You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell.
- You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed.
- You maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
