Introduction As a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Officer, you'll play a critical role in supporting client onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities across private wealth, corporate, and fund structures. You'll ensure accurate collection, review, and maintenance of CDD and KYC documentation while adhering to AML/CFT requirements. You'll work closely with client service, compliance, and operational teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and maintain regulatory compliance. You'll contribute to risk assessments, sanctions screening, and operational efficiencies while ensuring data integrity across core systems. You'll also help drive process improvements and support a strong risk and compliance culture. What You'll Do - You'll support client and investor onboarding activities by preparing CDD requirements, onboarding trackers, meeting documentation, risk assessments, and onboarding memos. - You'll conduct KYC, CDD, enhanced due diligence reviews, sanctions screening, PEP identification, adverse media checks, and source of wealth/source of funds assessments. - You'll maintain accurate onboarding and monitoring records, update client databases and repositories, and ensure the integrity of client information across systems. - You'll identify, escalate, and support the resolution of compliance, AML/CFT, and onboarding issues while ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. - You'll collaborate with client service, compliance, and operational teams to improve processes, support operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality client service.What we offer - Competitive Total Rewards Package: Comprehensive annual compensation including basic salary, HRA, special allowance, provident fund, gratuity, internet allowance, and food allowance. - Health & Insurance Coverage: Medical insurance, group term life insurance, and personal accident insurance. - Allowances & Support: Transportation/transport allowance and shift allowance. - Paid Time Off: Generous leave policy to support work–life balance. - You have an AML qualification or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations, CDD, KYC, onboarding processes, and risk assessment methodologies. - You possess experience working with private wealth, corporate, fund, trust, foundation, pension, insurance, and investor client structures. - You have at least 2 years of experience in client due diligence, onboarding, compliance, or related financial services environments. - You demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, risk assessment, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - You can work independently, manage competing priorities, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain high standards of accuracy, integrity, and client service.
