Vice President, VES, PQI

This executive role translates strategic ambitions into sustained business performance across a global Product Quality & Innovation portfolio. Reporting to the Segment SVP, you will serve as a senior leadership partner to operating company Presidents and functional leaders. You will connect strategy, people, and execution to accelerate growth, innovation, operational performance, and organizational capability. The role combines enterprise-level strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in complex business challenges and continuous improvement initiatives. You will shape the application of an enterprise business system across growth, innovation, and lean while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. As a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, you will influence priorities, strengthen management practices, and develop high-performing teams. This is a high-impact, full-time, remote opportunity with broad exposure to strategic and operational priorities across a global organization.
