Technical Recruiter

This role is designed for an experienced technical recruiter who can thrive in fast-paced, compliance-driven, and technically complex environments. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and candidate engagement through negotiation and hiring support. The position requires strong expertise in recruiting highly technical talent, including candidates working in security-sensitive environments. You will partner closely with hiring leaders, HR teams, and workforce strategy stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines. A key focus will be delivering a high-quality candidate experience while accelerating hiring and maintaining rigorous compliance standards. You will also use modern recruiting technologies, networking strategies, and market insights to identify qualified and diverse talent. The role offers significant ownership and influence in improving recruiting processes, staffing strategies, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness.
