Senior Solution Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant based in the United States. This is a senior Professional Services role focused on delivering sophisticated Customer Experience Automation (CXA) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. You will lead strategic implementations that connect customer business objectives with technical solutions, ensuring successful deployment and long-term adoption. The role combines technical expertise, consulting, customer engagement, and hands-on solution development in a SaaS environment. You will work closely with customers, partners, Product, Support, and other internal teams to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. You will also help shape implementation standards, templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability. As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders and provide guidance throughout the customer journey.
