Senior Engineering Manager, OLO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, OLO based in Canada. This role provides senior engineering leadership for a customer-facing web ordering experience designed to directly drive revenue for local businesses. You’ll lead a team of full-stack engineers building experiences across menus, carts, checkout, promotions, photos, and menu quality. A major focus will be using experimentation, funnel analysis, and automation to improve guest conversion and measurable business outcomes. You’ll also help scale the product for enterprise and multi-location customers while improving reliability and handling increasingly complex menu environments. The role combines technical execution, product judgment, people leadership, and high-impact prioritization in a fast-moving environment. You’ll be expected to maintain a healthy, high-performing team while remaining technically credible and hands-on when needed.
