Senior Director of Partnerships & Advocacy

Our partner is looking for a Senior Director of Partnerships & Advocacy based in the United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on advancing high-impact education policy initiatives at the national and state levels. The role will initially lead a time-sensitive Federal Scholarship Tax Credit initiative, with significant responsibility for building political support across priority states. You will develop multi-state strategies, cultivate senior government relationships, and build coalitions capable of influencing policy outcomes. The position combines government relations, advocacy, strategic communications, campaign execution, and organizational leadership. As priorities evolve, you will expand into additional federal and state initiatives, including opportunities connected to the 2028 presidential cycle. You will work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where strategic judgment, political relationships, and rapid execution are essential. The role offers the opportunity to shape both immediate policy outcomes and the infrastructure supporting future national education initiatives.
