MAHRS Business System Analyst

This remote role supports federal HR operations within the Department of the Navy’s Manpower & Reserve Affairs organization. You will analyze business processes, translate operational needs into clear requirements, and identify opportunities to improve workflows. The position combines business analysis, HR data, reporting, dashboard development, and SharePoint administration. You will create data-driven products that help program managers and leadership monitor performance and make informed decisions. The role also supports EEO systems, reporting requirements, testing activities, and enterprise HR initiatives. You’ll work across multiple stakeholders in a mission-focused environment where accuracy, communication, and analytical thinking are essential.
