Epic Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Epic Project Manager based in Switzerland. This is a senior project management role focused on delivering complex Epic and healthcare IT initiatives from planning through stabilization. You’ll lead implementations, Community Connect deployments, practice onboarding, optimizations, upgrades, and related transformation projects. The role combines structured project delivery with close collaboration across clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. You’ll coordinate multiple workstreams spanning applications, integrations, testing, training, technical readiness, cutover, and go-live. A key focus will be ensuring physician practices and other stakeholders are fully prepared for successful deployment and adoption. You’ll manage risks, dependencies, resources, governance, and communications while maintaining momentum across concurrent initiatives. The position offers an opportunity to shape repeatable delivery practices in a collaborative healthcare technology environment.
