Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations

Our partner is looking for a Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations based in the United States. This senior technology leadership role oversees the strategy, architecture, engineering, and reliable operation of enterprise infrastructure and modern workplace platforms. You will shape the roadmap across Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoints, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, compute, storage, backup, and monitoring. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution, particularly during the initial development of the function. You will lead engineers and managed service partners while remaining deeply involved in architecture, automation, implementation, and complex troubleshooting. Success will depend on building secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective technology foundations. You will collaborate closely with security, data, applications, quality, AI, and business teams in a regulated environment.
