Change Management Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Change Management Specialist based in the United States. This remote role offers the opportunity to lead change management initiatives supporting large-scale healthcare and informatics transformation programs. You will help clinicians, informaticists, and field teams successfully adopt new workflows, technologies, standards, and systems. The position spans major initiatives including electronic health record transitions, workflow standardization, health information exchange, and workforce transformation. You will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across healthcare organizations to build readiness and drive sustainable adoption. Working within a SAFe Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with clinical, technical, and business teams. Your work will directly contribute to smoother transitions, stronger user engagement, and measurable transformation outcomes.
