Broker Dealer Operations, Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Broker Dealer Operations, Associate based in United States. This is a remote operations role supporting the daily infrastructure behind a U.S. equities brokerage business. You will help ensure customer accounts, trades, cash, positions, transfers, and corporate actions are processed accurately and efficiently. The role combines hands-on operational execution with reconciliation, exception management, risk awareness, and process improvement. You will investigate breaks and operational issues, coordinate resolution across internal and external teams, and maintain strong documentation and controls. You will work across Engineering, Product, Trading, Customer Experience, Compliance, Finance, and clearing partners to resolve time-sensitive operational matters. The position also offers opportunities to identify recurring problems and introduce practical improvements that reduce manual work and improve customer outcomes.
