About the role
ExcelCustomer Support
ennovationHUB is a fast-growing international e-commerce group operating in the home & living category, with a strong focus on furniture. From our hubs in Belgrade and London, and remote workstations around the world, we serve customers across the UK, North America, the EU, and APAC.
As we scale toward $100m+ in annual revenue, we are expanding our operations team with a Logistics & LTL Coordinator focused on the US market.
A significant portion of our furniture shipments includes oversized and bulky items that require Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transportation. This role combines daily logistics operations with customer communication and carrier coordination to help ensure accurate shipment processing, smooth deliveries, and a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Role overview:
This is a unique opportunity for logistic professionals looking for an additional day off in a week. We are offering a 4 day, 10h afternoon shift to cover our US market needs, while having the support of the entire team during the first half of the day.
You will support the movement of orders across the US market, working closely with customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. Your responsibilities will cover shipment preparation, tracking, delivery scheduling, issue resolution, and operational reporting.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, identifies risks early, and follows through on problems until they are resolved. Alongside daily execution, you will help identify bottlenecks and improve the processes that support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support order processing, prepare shipping lists and documentation, and coordinate shipment readiness with warehouses and internal teams.
- Check and update stock information across relevant locations to support accurate shipment planning.
- Validate delivery addresses and collect customer delivery instructions, access requirements, and scheduling preferences.
- Contact customers by phone, email, and SMS regarding upcoming and active LTL deliveries.
- Communicate carrier pickup dates, delivery appointments, estimated timeframes, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with carriers, couriers, and warehouses to support timely dispatch and successful delivery.
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively follow up on pending deliveries, scheduling delays, and delivery exceptions.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for LTL delivery inquiries, working with customer service and operations teams to resolve concerns and escalations.
- Support LTL delivery claims by collecting customer statements, photos, proof of delivery, and other relevant documentation.
- Assist with checking supplier, courier, and carrier invoices, and support customs documentation where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment progress, delivery preferences, and claim information.
- Prepare and update logistics reports, using spreadsheets, internal systems, and AI-supported tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow established logistics procedures, flag inconsistencies, and suggest practical improvements to workflows and delivery outcomes.
