What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead. The Role You will lead the GEC, BPX's Global Engineering Center-of-Excellence, with primary teams in Hungary and India and secondary teams across Asia and South America. It is one group covering engineering, QA and delivery services, extending what our regional teams can deliver for clients. Reporting to the COO, you own the plan and the financials for the global GEC, including margin, delivery success and quality. You shape how BPX scales and delivers for its clients, working closely with regional delivery leaders and capability leaders. You run the flexible support model that lets the GEC step in when another region runs short. And you make sure GEC skills and alliance certifications keep pace with what BPX takes to market. What you'll do - Own the GEC growth plan: set the multi-year plan for the global GEC, including expanding into AI and machine learning capabilities - Own GEC financials and quality: margin, delivery success and quality, with every engagement held to BPX's delivery methodology - Shape how we scale for clients with regional delivery leaders and capability leaders, agreeing how client work comes into the GEC and gets delivered - Run the flex support model: scale GEC support up or down when a region runs over, such as covering US marketing resource gaps nobody else can fill - Upskill to what we sell: own the development plan that keeps GEC engineers aligned to the capabilities BPX takes to market - Lead alliance certification across our key partners, including Salesforce and Adobe, so the GEC is credentialed where clients need it What you'll bring - 10+ years in delivery, including at least 5 leading multi-team delivery across engineering, platforms or consulting - Global delivery leadership: you have run or scaled an engineering or delivery group across several countries, ideally including India or Central Europe - Commercial grip: you have owned margin and delivery quality for a multi-country group and can defend the numbers with a COO - Capability building: you have run upskilling programmes and alliance certification plans, ideally for Salesforce, Adobe or similar platforms - Flexible resourcing experience: you have run a shared or flex delivery model that supports other regions without breaking your own commitments - People leadership at scale, with a record of hiring, retaining and growing senior teams in a competitive tech talent market - Fluent English for leading senior stakeholders across regions and time zones; Hungarian is a strong plus Why this role, why now BPX is private equity-backed and scaling fast, and the GEC sits at the heart of how we deliver that growth in every region.
