The quality of data and data-driven decisions are crucial pillars in building successful AI products, and we’re looking for an AI Analyst to manage data processes and evaluate model performance. In your day-to-day, you will:   - Manage end-to-end data processes for AI model training and evaluation, from data definition and creation to assessing and validating model outputs   - Work with generative AI models using prompt engineering to support automated model evaluation and synthetic data generation   - Develop and adapt evaluation methodologies, with a particular focus on automated and scalable approaches - Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and data engineers to define data requirements, identify gaps, build data pipelines, and proactively solve data challenges to produce high-quality datasets - Evaluate model training data and results, conduct in-depth analyses (including error analysis), and define and monitor metrics/KPIs to assess model performance - Optimize data collection and manual labeling processes, managing projects with both in-house labeling teams and external partners - Translate insights into clear, presentation-ready reports and dashboards for technical and non-technical audiences - 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics - Strong experience applying AI and data analytics to solve real-world problems, including deep analysis of both structured and unstructured data - Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and BI tools - Bonus points for familiarity with the basics of building AI models - Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn about AI, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Independent, dedicated, and responsible, with strong project management and ownership skills to drive processes end-to-end - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver clear results and analysis
