Your EDGE Assignment/You Will - Own and drive product initiatives from problem identification and discovery through execution, launch, and measurement. - Understand customer and business needs and translate them into clear product opportunities. - Define problems effectively by asking the right questions, analysing available information, and identifying the underlying customer or business need before moving to solutions. - Develop product requirements, PRDs, user journeys, prioritisation frameworks, and success metrics. - Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver product initiatives end-to-end. - Manage product backlogs and prioritise initiatives based on customer value, business impact, effort, and strategic objectives. - Use data, customer insights, research, and market understanding to inform product decisions. - Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, priorities, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle. - Take ownership of outcomes rather than simply coordinating requirements or delivery activities. - Identify opportunities to improve existing products and experiences while exploring new product opportunities. - Contribute to broader product strategy and help connect individual initiatives to larger business objectives. - Work effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces and demonstrate the ability to adapt across different product domains. Are you the one? - Typically, 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, with flexibility based on demonstrated product ownership and competency. - Proven experience owning and delivering products or significant product features end-to-end. - Strong product thinking with the ability to identify and clearly define customer and business problems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured approaches. - Clear and confident communication, with the ability to articulate ideas and recommendations with a strong point of view. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams. - Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the product development lifecycle. - Good understanding of product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap planning, execution, and product measurement. - Ability to make informed decisions by balancing customer needs, business objectives, data, and technical considerations. - Experience working across multiple product areas or domains is a plus and demonstrates adaptability to new problem spaces. - Experience in fintech, trading, payments, or other financial technology environments is preferred but not mandatory. - Experience in areas such as onboarding, customer experience, growth, platforms, partnerships, or other customer-facing products is a plus. - Strong core Product Management experience is essential. Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on Business Analysis, requirements gathering, or consulting without direct product ownership are not aligned to this role. Axi's bag of delights - Competitive and attractive compensation. - Extensive learning opportunities, including professional certifications and continuous development. - 18 annual leave days and 12 sick leave days per year. - Public holidays as declared by the local government. - Maternity leave as per applicable laws. - Comprehensive health insurance coverage. - Opportunity to work with global teams and modern, large-scale trading platforms.
