Role Overview:  The newly established MI OAC (Market Insight Operation Acceleration Center) is a team of flexible and agile colleagues who will support MI Business as Usual (BAU) Data Operation teams during the critical phase of starting a new project.  As a Expert OAC is the Market Insights (MI Data OPS) business process, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and data integrity. This senior-level position demands deep expertise in executing production tasks—such as data coding, matching, and quality checks as required and in line with operational goals and business requirements — You will also play a crucial role leading team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution. You will be responsible for undergoing the end-to-end production workflow, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality across the team. With a strong process improvement mindset, you will identify inefficiencies, guide junior analysts, arrange trainings, and implement solutions that enhance team performance and output reliability. Key Responsibilities:  Tasks and responsibilities may vary based on the business requirement as this team supports during the set up phase of new projects. Examples of activities:  Workflow Coordination & Delivery Governance  - Monitor team progress against daily, weekly, and project-specific deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and SLAs.  - Track operational performance and proactively identify risks to delivery commitments.  - Support the team in resolving production challenges and provide hands-on assistance when required.  Ownership of Team Workflow & Performance Monitoring  - Maintain and audit team trackers to monitor task completion and quality.  - Ensure all production activities are documented and compliant with process standards.  - Monitor team capacity, workload distribution, and utilization to ensure efficient execution of priorities.  - Escalate delivery risks, resource constraints, and process gaps in a timely manner. Issue Resolution & RCA  - Lead investigations into data or delivery issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).  - Collaborate with the team to implement corrective and preventive actions.  - Track recurring issues and drive preventive measures to improve operational stability and delivery quality.  Team Coordination & Quality Management  - Coordinate workload allocation in collaboration with the manager and ensure tasks are distributed effectively based on priority, skillset, and business needs.  - Guide and mentor junior analysts to maintain high delivery standards.  - Audit team outputs regularly to ensure quality and consistency.  - Maintain a culture of accountability and continuous learning.  - Monitor achievement of daily and weekly productivity targets and quality benchmarks, providing guidance and follow-up where required.  - Facilitate knowledge sharing, training coordination, and process adherence across the team.  - Partner with stakeholders and team members to ensure consistent execution of operational standards and best practices.  Required Skills & Competencies:  - 4+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or market insights.   - Proven expertise in data coding, matching, and quality assurance.   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   - Experience in team coordination, mentoring, and workload management.   - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.   - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.  Preferred Qualification  - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.  - Experience in market research or syndicated data processes.  - Familiarity with agile workflows.  Our Benefits - Flexible working environment - Volunteer time off - LinkedIn Learning - Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
