Consumer panel administrator

We are currently recruiting Data Acquisition support.  You'll have the opportunity to work which the global Data Acquisition team and understand market data across all countries in Europe.  Job Purpose: This position executes the Data acquisition processes and sample maintenance of Consumer Panel households (20000) in France. This includes understanding and representing the local market conditions in the operations processes. This entails engaging local partners like Statistical Operations and Input validation teams to ensure smooth hand-offs in operations.  Job Responsibilities   - Executes processes and associated project work for France. This will be execution work that requires a local presence (2 days by week). such as aspects of data queries that entail local inspection, contacts, or language.   - Manage survey activities with panel members, including questionnaire testing, validation, launch, monitoring, and compliance with panel governance and quality standards.  - Panel members motivation (rewards points, gift...)  - Direct attention to global external providers (helpdesk...).  - Works in partnership with the country’s Input validation and Statistical Operations team according to execution requirements as defined by the process playbooks for Operations and associated project work. Role Requirements (E=essential, P=preferred.)   ● E- Ability to speak English and French ● E- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint  ● P- Experience with Python   ● E- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams   ● P- Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while managing and meeting changing deadlines and priorities  ● E- Experience handling, manipulating data   ● E- Ability to document work and effectively prioritize documentation   ● E- Able to Work on an individual and/or team setting    Our Benefits - Flexible working environment - Volunteer time off - LinkedIn Learning - Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
