About the role

A/B Testing
foodpanda is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform, our mission is to deliver an amazing experience—fast, easy, and to your door. We operate in around 65 countries worldwide. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. We are looking for enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, digitalising businesses in Asia, uplifting rider livelihoods and building a hyper-convenient platform for our customers. If you love working with technology to create solutions and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done, you'll find your tribe here at foodpanda. Our diverse, high-performing team comprises people from more than 60 nationalities, and we welcome all experiences, backgrounds and perspectives. The role We're looking for a Product Manager, Quick Commerce — Consumer Experience, based in Singapore, to own how customers discover, choose, re-order and receive groceries and everyday essentials on foodpanda. Quick Commerce is one of the fastest-growing parts of our business, and this role sits right at the heart of it. You'll shape both halves of growth: bringing new customers in through richer discovery and a deeper, more navigable assortment — and keeping them coming back by turning one-off orders into a weekly habit and making every order arrive exactly as promised. Your scope spans acquisition, retention and the post-order experience, across our Quick Commerce markets, and it will keep expanding as the mission grows. Put simply: today, many customers think of us as the place you go for the one thing you forgot. We want to become the weekly shop — hypermarket range at convenience store frequency — and you'll own a big part of making that real. What's on the menu - Setting the vision, product strategy and roadmap for your area — and proactively identifying the opportunities that belong to it, not only delivering the ones handed to you. - Turning ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product proposals: problem, root cause, target segment, hypothesis, expected behaviour change, success metrics and estimated impact. - Writing product requirements complete enough that engineering, design and analytics can build without rediscovering decisions mid-flight — including edge cases, dependencies, experiment design and rollout plan. - Running well-designed experiments across multiple markets, and using the results to decide what to scale, iterate on, or stop. - Defining the metrics that measure the health and success of your products and initiatives. - Understanding user needs and building delightful experiences in close collaboration with design. - Working closely with engineering to build scalable, robust solutions, and aligning with partner teams to ensure a cohesive experience. - Keeping apprised of innovations and trends in the industry and emerging technologies, and inspiring the team to stay ahead of the curve. - Making the quick commerce experience feel like it offers more than groceries — growing discovery across new verticals and categories so customers find the full breadth of what we carry. - Making the assortment feel as deep as it actually is — helping customers find, trust and choose from our range with confidence. - Turning one-off orders into a lasting habit — re-ordering, replenishment and loyalty experiences that bring customers back week after week. - Making sure orders arrive as promised — shaping a reliable, trustworthy end-to-end experience that earns repeat custom. - Partnering with Commercial, Marketing and local market teams to turn launches into measurable business outcomes. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, a Natural Science, or a related field. - Around 4+ years successfully building consumer-facing (B2C) products in growing markets. Consumer product experience is essential — you've owned the experiences real customers use, at scale. - A track record of independently shaping product strategy and roadmaps — bringing opportunities to the table, not waiting for direction. - Strong fluency with experimentation: you can design a clean experiment — hypothesis, control, variant, success metric and guardrails — run it across markets, and read the results honestly to drive decisions. - Strong data fluency — you know your domain's core metrics and reason directly from them, balanced with sharp product sense. - Experience writing specifications that engineering teams can execute from with minimal back-and-forth. - Comfortable operating in dependency-heavy, multi-market environments — working with central platform teams and several markets at once. - Good at leading and influencing without formal authority, with demonstrated product leadership. - Solid experience leading agile teams and turning epics into well-structured user stories. - Open to feedback and able to translate it quickly into changed ways of working. - A curious growth mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Comfortable with ambiguity and able to balance priorities. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. What we offer: - A dynamic and challenging work environment. - A company committed to developing you personally and professionally. - A great working atmosphere with regular company and team events. - A vibrant and international team committed to diversity and inclusion. - Responsibility from day one in a fast growing and global company. - Other benefits include free food, health and dental insurance, and learning and development opportunities!foodpanda is operated by Delivery Hero Group (“DH Group”) - the world’s leading local delivery platform, operating in 70+ markets across Asia, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.
