Workday Extend Consulting Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Extend Consulting Manager based in Canada. This is a senior consulting leadership role focused on delivering high-quality Workday Extend solutions while developing a distributed team of consultants and architects. You will own a portfolio of client engagements, providing strategic oversight across delivery, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder relationships. The role combines people leadership, client management, practice development, and strategic business leadership. You will work closely with consulting, integrations, product, and leadership teams to strengthen the Extend offering and continuously improve delivery standards. A key part of the position is mentoring technical talent and creating an environment where consultants can grow their expertise and careers. You will also contribute to pre-sales, proposals, practice strategy, and long-term business growth.
