Working closely with Strategy, Client Services, Research, Product, and Creator teams, you will help make talent a central driver of campaign performance. You will identify emerging creators, secure high-value partnerships, and develop relationships with creators, agents, and managers across key platforms and categories. The role also offers the opportunity to shape sourcing processes, improve operational efficiency, and stay ahead of cultural, platform, pricing, and regulatory trends.
