Sr. Project Manager (Federal Construction/MEP Focus)

Our partner is looking for a Sr. Project Manager (Federal Construction/MEP Focus) based in United States. The Sr. Project Manager will lead high-value, full-lifecycle construction projects supporting federal facilities and government agencies. This role combines project leadership, financial management, scheduling, field oversight, and client relationship management across complex technical projects. You will oversee medium to large, multi-year initiatives involving electrical, mechanical, building-envelope, and related infrastructure work. Working remotely with approximately 30% travel, you will visit active job sites for inspections, installation and startup activities, client meetings, and project assessments. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while maintaining rigorous safety, quality, budget, and schedule standards. The position offers significant responsibility in a collaborative environment where strong execution and communication are essential to successful federal project delivery.
