Senior User Researcher

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior User Researcher based in United States. As a Senior User Researcher, you’ll lead end-to-end research across one or more post-purchase product areas, turning real user and merchant behavior into actionable product direction. You’ll work independently to transform ambiguous business questions into focused research plans and meaningful insights. The role combines generative and evaluative research to inform ideation, validate experiences, and guide product decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and leadership in a globally distributed environment. Your research will help shape product strategy while connecting user needs to measurable business and product outcomes. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor other researchers and contribute to stronger research practices across the organization. This is a remote-first role with significant autonomy, international collaboration, and the opportunity to influence products used by businesses around the world.
