Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare

Our partner is looking for a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electromagnetic Warfare based in United States. This is a high-impact engineering role focused on industrializing and scaling critical electronics within an Electromagnetic Warfare supply base. You will work across engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and external suppliers to move complex designs from early builds into reliable production. The role combines deep electronics manufacturing expertise with supplier development, process optimization, capacity planning, and production readiness. You will influence design-for-manufacturing decisions early while ensuring suppliers can consistently meet demanding quality, cost, and throughput targets. Your work will span PCBA, cables and harnesses, connectors, active and passive components, and RF/microwave technologies. With significant ownership and supplier-facing responsibility, you will help establish production capabilities, improve manufacturing processes, and reduce supply-chain risk. The position is remote-friendly, with a preference for office presence and an expectation of at least 50% travel to supplier and other relevant sites.
