Senior Manager, Technical Architecture

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Architecture based in Canada. This role provides technical and people leadership within a Professional Services organization responsible for delivering complex identity and security solutions to customers. You will lead a high-performing team of Technical Architects while remaining actively engaged as a player-coach and trusted technical advisor. The position combines team development, customer engagement, resource planning, operational excellence, and technical architecture leadership. You will help customers navigate complex identity and access management challenges while ensuring successful delivery across multiple engagements. The role also offers significant influence over implementation methodologies, quality standards, processes, and the evolution of the broader technical architecture practice. Success requires a strong consulting mindset, commercial awareness, technical depth, and the ability to lead teams and customers through complex and changing environments.
