Senior GTM Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer based in United States. This role is a hands-on engineering position focused on advancing a modern go-to-market technology ecosystem. You will own projects spanning Salesforce, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, enrichment, marketing automation, and data platforms. From implementations and integrations to automation and AI-powered workflows, you will take initiatives from design through production. You will also serve as a key escalation point for complex cross-system issues, driving durable fixes through disciplined root-cause analysis. Working closely with technical program and engineering partners, you will help shape solutions while identifying tradeoffs and downstream impacts. The role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how GTM teams use automation, data, and emerging AI capabilities. You will also help establish reusable engineering patterns, strengthen documentation, and mentor other team members.
