Risk & Disputes Intern

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Risk & Disputes Intern based in Brazil. This paid internship offers an opportunity to build practical experience in risk management, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and fintech operations. You’ll investigate credit card, debit card, and ACH disputes and help determine appropriate resolutions for individual cases. Working alongside fraud, disputes, operations, data, and engineering teams, you’ll analyze transaction and account information to identify patterns and support informed decisions. The role combines analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, business judgment, and customer impact in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to improving processes, tools, and loss-prevention mechanisms while developing valuable knowledge of payment risk and fraud prevention.
