Manager, Retail Inventory Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Retail Inventory Operations based in United States. This role leads retail inventory operations across a large U.S. store network, with a strong focus on product availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. You will own the strategy and continuous improvement of in-store inventory processes, from receiving and returns to transfers and outbound shipments. The position also serves as the business owner for the in-store technology roadmap, including point-of-sale systems and store hardware. You will partner closely with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Digital, Loss Prevention, and Training teams to deliver measurable improvements. A key focus will be reducing inventory shrink while enabling store teams to work with intuitive processes and reliable technology. You will lead a small team while influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
