Lead Product Engineer

As a Lead Product Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product concepts and operational mission applications, guiding software solutions through the full product lifecycle. You will design, build, test, and refine production software with a strong focus on reliability, performance, usability, and maintainability. Working closely with product teams, platform engineers, mission engineers, and system architects, you will turn user needs into effective technical solutions. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical judgment, issue resolution, and continuous product improvement. You will help teams move quickly from prototypes to scalable production capabilities while balancing user experience with engineering constraints.
