IT Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IT Operations Manager based in United States. This role owns the day-to-day IT operations, endpoint security, and technical support environment across a distributed organization and its business units. You’ll manage core IT tooling, identity and access, endpoint platforms, cloud environments, and relationships with managed service providers. A key part of the position is integrating business units onto common, centrally managed IT and security platforms while respecting their individual systems and requirements. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining audit readiness and providing the technical evidence required for SOC 2 and other security certifications. The position combines hands-on technical administration with vendor management, compliance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll work closely with executives, vendors, HR, operations, and non-technical users to ensure reliable and secure technology services. This is an opportunity for an experienced IT operations leader to take strong ownership of a broad technology environment in a fully remote setting.
