Fractional Product Manager, Renewable Energy

As a Fractional Product Manager, you will help shape the commercialization of an AI-powered software platform transforming renewable energy project development. You will work directly with founders, engineers, renewable energy experts, customers, and advisors to define what gets built, why it matters, and how it reaches the market. The role combines deep industry knowledge with hands-on product strategy, customer discovery, prioritization, and execution. You will translate complex renewable energy workflows and customer challenges into focused product requirements and commercially viable solutions. You will also help determine where AI, automation, data, and intelligence can create meaningful advantages for renewable energy developers. Working in an early-stage environment, you will establish disciplined product practices while maintaining the speed and flexibility required to move from proof of concept to paying customers.
