Director, Product

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product based in United States. As a Director, Product, you’ll lead complex product engagements for automotive OEM and Tier-1 clients, bringing strategic product management and hands-on delivery expertise to highly regulated environments. You’ll guide teams from discovery and scoping through execution, launch, and iteration, ensuring product strategy translates into clear, buildable plans. The role combines systems thinking, customer insight, technical understanding, and strong delivery leadership across the full product lifecycle. You’ll operate as a trusted, embedded member of client product organizations, partnering closely with engineering, design, research, and senior stakeholders. A major focus will be using AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, requirements analysis, prototyping, and delivery workflows while applying sound judgment where human precision remains essential. You’ll also help clients strengthen their own AI-ready delivery capabilities and build more autonomous, effective product teams.
