Our partner is looking for a Coding Specialist (Fluent in Dutch) - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Austria. As a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer, you’ll use your software engineering expertise and Dutch fluency to help improve the capabilities of advanced AI systems. You’ll evaluate how models reason through complex programming challenges across algorithms, architecture, development, infrastructure, and systems programming. The role combines hands-on technical assessment with linguistic evaluation, requiring you to communicate naturally and precisely in Dutch. You’ll challenge models with realistic software engineering scenarios, identify weaknesses, and document reproducible failures to improve future model performance. Your feedback will help strengthen AI reasoning, coding accuracy, technical communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
