For almost 20 years, we have made vital contributions to the Oil & Gas sector of the UAE, executing both onshore and offshore projects. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. - Plan, coordinate, and execute HVAC pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and start-up activities. - Review HVAC drawings, specifications, datasheets, equipment schedules, and commissioning procedures. - Prepare commissioning procedures, checklists, method statements, and testing documentation. - Verify HVAC installation completion and system readiness prior to commissioning. - Commission AHUs, FCUs, package HVAC units, chilled water systems, DX systems, ventilation systems, exhaust systems, fresh air systems, and pressurization systems. - Conduct functional testing and performance verification of HVAC equipment and systems. - Perform and supervise air balancing, water balancing, airflow measurements, temperature checks, and pressure testing. - Verify HVAC control sequences, interlocks, alarms, trips, and BMS interfaces. - Coordinate HVAC commissioning activities with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Fire & Gas, and BMS disciplines. - Coordinate with HVAC equipment vendors and specialist subcontractors during testing and commissioning activities. - Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and system performance issues and implement corrective actions. - Ensure HVAC systems operate in accordance with approved design parameters and project specifications. - Participate in system walkdowns, inspections, commissioning readiness reviews, and punch-list clearance. - Prepare commissioning reports, test records, inspection reports, punch lists, and handover documentation. - Monitor commissioning progress and provide regular updates to the Commissioning Manager. - Support start-up, performance testing, reliability testing, and final system handover. - Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project specifications, approved procedures, applicable codes, and client requirements. - Ensure strict compliance with project HSE requirements, PTW procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices. - Coordinate with the client, consultant, EPC contractor, vendors, and other project stakeholders throughout commissioning. - Support the preparation and completion of commissioning dossiers, as-built documentation, and final handover records. - Minimum 8 years of relevant HVAC experience, with significant experience in commissioning and start-up activities. - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines. - Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or industrial projects is preferred. - Hands-on experience in commissioning HVAC systems for large-scale industrial facilities. - Experience working with HVAC control systems, BMS, and associated instrumentation. - Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary commissioning teams. - GCC project experience is preferred.
