He aha te tūranga - About the role:  As a Clinical Administrator, you will support the national coordination and delivery of ambulance education programmes, helping to ensure consistent and effective administration across programme planning, learner support and education compliance. You’ll play an important role throughout the learner education journey, coordinating programme schedules, resources and logistics while providing timely support to learners and working closely with the wider Clinical Education Delivery team and key stakeholders.  In this role, you will: - Coordinate the end-to-end administration of clinical education programmes, including schedules, resources, learner communications, assessment processes and logistical requirements. - Provide high-quality support to learners throughout their education journey, acting as a key point of contact for enquiries and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate. - Coordinate travel, accommodation, venue bookings, catering and other logistical requirements for education programmes and the Clinical Practice team. - Maintain accurate learner information and administrative records across key systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant policies, legislation, NZQA and Tertiary Education Commission requirements. - Maintain strong working knowledge of key administrative systems, including MySitrep, Medius Flow, Tandem, Microsoft Office, SELMA and PayGlobal. - Work collaboratively across Clinical Practice and with internal and external stakeholders to support consistent education delivery, effective communication and a positive learner experience. - Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, systems and workflows, supporting continuous improvement and the implementation of new systems and ways of working. Please note: This is a permanent, full time position based in Christchurch, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Ko wai koe - About you:   You’ll be an experienced administrator who is organised, detail oriented and comfortable working in a busy and fast changing environment. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines while providing a high level of service to learners, colleagues and other stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will have: - NCEA Level 2 or equivalent. - Previous experience and success in an administration role, with sound knowledge of administrative systems and processes. - Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams. - Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively on complex issues. - Effective time management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain deadlines under pressure. - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. - A high level of customer focus and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - A positive, resilient and flexible approach, with the initiative to problem solve, adapt to change and support continuous improvement. - A relevant professional qualification in business administration or similar would be desirable.
