Talent Management Executive – Weekday

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Management Executive – Weekday based in India. This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day people operations within a growing, fast-paced organization. You’ll manage key stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through payroll, engagement, and offboarding. The role combines operational precision with a strong focus on creating thoughtful and positive employee experiences. You’ll work closely with employees and internal stakeholders while helping maintain a welcoming and productive office environment. You’ll also contribute to internal hiring by interviewing candidates and helping create a fair and consistent recruitment experience. A key part of the role will be identifying gaps in existing processes and building simple, scalable systems to address them.
