Program Lead, Clinical Delivery - FSP

This role leads the development and execution of exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development plans at the molecule level. It combines scientific expertise, clinical project management, and operational leadership across global clinical trials. The position oversees critical milestones from study design through execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will coordinate vendors, third-party organizations, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. The role also requires strong risk management, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments. You will contribute to continuous improvement while shaping clinical strategies throughout the molecule lifecycle. For selected positions, the role also includes people leadership, coaching, talent development, and resource management.
