As a Principal Time & Attendance Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert across both pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements. You will help customers and partners successfully adopt and configure a workforce management technology platform to meet complex operational requirements. The role combines discovery, solution configuration, product demonstrations, training, implementation guidance, and live production troubleshooting. You will work closely with direct customers and partners, translating business needs into practical technical solutions and ensuring deployments remain healthy after launch. Success in this role requires deep workforce management knowledge, strong technical problem-solving abilities, and a highly customer-focused mindset. You will operate independently in a remote environment while becoming a trusted product expert and a key contributor to the customer experience.
