Director, IT & Business Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, IT & Business Enablement based in United States. As Director, IT & Business Enablement, you will lead the systems, tools, and technology experience that enable a global workforce to operate effectively. You will own the full lifecycle of the internal technology environment, from endpoint provisioning and SaaS management to identity systems and employee support. A key part of the role is driving secure, practical AI adoption across internal workflows and technology systems to improve efficiency and return on investment. You will balance reliability, security, usability, and business speed while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technology operations, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional partnership. You will also build and develop a high-performing IT team while creating scalable processes, documentation, and support systems that act as force multipliers for the organization.
