Collections (Executive and Senior Executive)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Collections (Executive and Senior Executive) based in India. This role is responsible for managing customer collections and supporting healthy cash flow across the accounts receivable cycle. You will proactively engage customers to recover overdue payments, reduce Days Sales Outstanding, and maintain accurate receivables. The position combines customer communication, billing dispute resolution, account reconciliation, and credit risk awareness. You will collaborate closely with finance and internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve collection outcomes. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and initiative are highly valued. With exposure to international operations and Australia-shift working hours, this is an opportunity to build strong expertise in OTC and collections processes.
