This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de IA Sênior based in Brazil. This role focuses on teaching, operating, and continuously improving AI agents that support business operations and customer experiences. You will translate business knowledge into reliable contexts, instructions, conversations, and resources that AI agents can effectively use. The position combines generative AI, business data, automation, and operational excellence rather than traditional software or AI engineering. You will monitor real-world agent interactions, identify weaknesses, and turn failures into improvements and new test cases. Working closely with Commercial, Support, Marketing, Education, BI, Technology, and Product teams, you will help shape the AI roadmap. The role offers significant autonomy and ownership, with an emphasis on practical experimentation, collaboration, and reusable best practices. You will play a key role in making AI solutions more accurate, scalable, and valuable to the business.
