ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a small team working at the intersection of product, growth, and operations at an industrial procurement software company. You will build product-led acquisition strategies and growth loops that help the business scale efficiently, while contributing to company strategy and executing independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Identify and build compounding growth loops, such as supplier referrals, community effects, and embedded workflows.
- Own organic acquisition through technical SEO and AI-search optimization, turning procurement queries into pipeline.
- Develop and launch product-led initiatives that drive user acquisition without proportional sales effort.
- Run rapid experiments from initial hypothesis and prototype through validation, iteration, and scale.
- Work with company leadership on strategy and independently own roadmaps and day-to-day execution.
- Contribute to a collaborative, low-ego team culture and take ownership of solving problems.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to two years of relevant experience in product growth, strategy, or operations, with strong performance in demanding environments.
- Startup experience or equivalent experience in a complex, fast-growing environment, including building a product, growth loop, or initiative from zero to scale.
- Hands-on experience with product-led growth, end-to-end growth loops, technical SEO, and AI-search optimization.
- B2B SaaS growth experience, ideally in industrial procurement or a similar enterprise domain.
- Fluency in German and English, comfort with autonomy, and a strong ownership mindset.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Competitive compensation and equity are offered. Visa sponsorship is not available.
