ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Executive on a growing sales team at a hospitality-focused AI software company, you will manage deals from first contact through signature. You will help hotel groups, short-term rental managers, and multi-property operators automate guest communications and improve booking conversion, while helping refine the sales playbook as the business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage the full sales cycle, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, discovery, tailored product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and develop a territory by mapping target accounts and creating outbound momentum.
- Work with founders, operations leaders, and guest experience teams to understand their priorities and operational challenges.
- Connect faster inquiry response and automated guest communications to measurable business outcomes, including reservation conversion and support costs.
- Deliver specific demonstrations that address customer needs and show how the platform connects with property management systems.
- Use customer and pipeline insights to improve the sales approach, and represent the business at industry events and operator communities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, including 3 to 5 years closing B2B SaaS deals and owning the sales cycle end to end.
- A record of meeting or exceeding quota and experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales tools, including Salesforce or comparable platforms, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Experience in a Series B to Series C startup environment and prior management experience.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Hospitality technology experience is preferred, including familiarity with property management systems, online travel agency distribution, reservations, occupancy, and guest support operations.
- Experience selling to financial services or lending organizations.
- Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to connect operational needs to business impact.
