Position Mid-Level AI Engineer: 3–5 Years Senior AI Engineer: 5–8 Years Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Technology Areas Python | Machine Learning | Generative AI | LLMs | RAG | NLP | Embeddings | Vector Databases | APIs | Cloud | MLOps   Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications. - Develop production-ready AI services using Python. - Develop and integrate machine-learning models and AI APIs. - Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies. - Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions. - Work with embeddings, vector databases and semantic search. - Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants and intelligent automation solutions. - Integrate AI services with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices. - Develop data-processing and model-inference pipelines. - Evaluate model performance, accuracy and reliability. - Implement prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques. - Apply appropriate security and privacy controls for enterprise AI solutions. - Optimize inference performance, cost and scalability. - Monitor AI applications in production and troubleshoot issues. - Collaborate with software engineers, data teams, product teams and business stakeholders.Enterprise AI Use Cases Depending on the engagement, candidates may work on: - Banking customer-service assistants - Financial document processing - Fraud/risk-related analytics - Fintech automation - Telecom customer-service solutions - Enterprise knowledge assistants - Insurance document and claims processing - Intelligent search and recommendation - Enterprise RAG platforms - AI-powered workflow automationSenior-Level Expectations - Design AI solution architecture and technical approaches. - Lead implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. - Evaluate and select appropriate models, frameworks and technologies. - Establish AI engineering and MLOps best practices. - Mentor AI/ML engineers. - Lead model evaluation, optimization and production deployment. - Participate in client-facing AI solution discussions. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in CSE, Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, Data Science or related discipline. - 3–8 years of relevant AI/ML/software engineering experience, depending on level. - Strong Python programming skills. - Practical experience with machine learning and/or Generative AI. - Understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures. - Experience developing APIs and integrating AI services into applications. - Good understanding of data processing and model evaluation. - Strong software engineering fundamentals. - Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum.Preferred Skills PyTorch | TensorFlow | Hugging Face | LangChain | LlamaIndex | RAG | Vector Databases | OpenAI/LLM APIs | Ollama | NLP | Computer Vision | MLflow | Docker | Kubernetes | AWS/Azure/GCP Experience building production-grade AI solutions for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance or other regulated/enterprise environments will be highly valued.
