LTS operates today from 5 sites: Netanya (Israel), Adrenarche (Germany), West Caldwell (NJ, USA), St. Paul (MN, USA), and Shanghai (China).   About the role  We are looking for an excellent office administrator to join our team in Israel. The position is permanent, full-time, in office.   Responsibilities: - An integral part of the Human Resources team - Staffing the reception desk: - Providing general support to various departments - Welcoming and assisting visitors - Responsible for ongoing office orders (office supplies, deliveries, groceries, etc.) - Supervising and managing the cleaning staff across the office - Handling administrative processes (onboarding, offboarding, etc.) - Responsible for Coordinating company audits and visits - Responsible for office maintenance and appearance - Managing business travel arrangements for employees - Assisting in the planning and execution of employee welfare events - Managing administrative projects   Direct Manager: VP HR   Job Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree – an advantage - Job skills: - - 1–3 years of experience as an Office Manager / Personal Assistant - Experience in a global company – an advantage - Computer skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office - Language skills: - - High level of English – mandatory - Russian – an advantage - Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, assertive, team player, ability to multitask and work under pressure, high sense of responsibility, proactive (“can-do” attitude) and creativity.
