Our agents do real work on real cases, so they have to be reliable in production. We're a small team and everyone works like an owner. Website: https://www.hellocounsel.ai/ Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience building software and AI applications. - Hands on with Python. - Must have built AI Agents either for personal or company projects. - Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications. - Proven track record of shipping products that users actively use. - Startup, hackathon, or open-source experience is a plus. - Comfortable working with AI tools in day-to-day development and capable of validating and improving their output. - Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful mindset. - Ability to think beyond implementation and contribute to product and system design. - Passion for building reliable production systems. Responsibilities - Build long-running AI agents that maintain state and move legal cases forward over hours and days. - Develop and improve evaluation and regression infrastructure to ensure safe and reliable agent updates. - Own an end-to-end product area from design to production deployment and continuous improvement. - Design AI systems that are reliable and production-ready. - Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve agent performance in production. - Collaborate closely with the team to build scalable AI solutions for legal workflows. - Take ownership of technical decisions and contribute to product improvements.
